Jeff Lynch has spent the previous fourteen years in the transportation industry. Mr. Lynch has worked in multiple environments in the transportation industry, including operations, sales, and administration. He has served as Vice President of a western regional, less-than truckload (LTL) carrier with annual revenues in excess of $13 million dollars. He has also worked for Yellow Corporation’s subsidiary WestEx. During his tenure with WestEx, Mr. Lynch held management positions with responsibilities over both sales and operations.
Keith Lindsey has spent the previous 22 years in the LTL/Truckload industry. Gaining experience in multiple environments, including operations, sales and administration. He has served as an Executive Vice President of a western regional less-than truckload carrier with annual revenues in excess of $20 millon. He has also worked for Yellow Corporation's subsidiary companies, WestEx and Saia Motor Freight. During his tenure with both companies, Mr. Lindsey held management positions with responsibilities over sales and operations. Most recently, he held the position of Regional Manager with SAIA Motor Freight in a four state region tasked with terminal level budgeting, operation and sales overseeing 325 employees.
Roxie Holben is a logistics professional with over fifteen years of manufacturing and distribution experience. Roxie started her career in the print industry. Working in manufacturing for several years and then as a Distribution Planner responsible for the coordination and distribution of weekly retail newspaper inserts to the west coast market.
Ken Tavener has spent twenty-four years in the transportation industry. His career in transportation began with a small package and airfreight delivery business where he held the position of Vice President and subsequently became a partner. From there he went to work for a western regional, less-than truckload carrier (LTL) with revenues of $15 million. There he held several positions including dock supervisor, route driver and eventually became the top producing account manager. Ken opened a terminal for USF Reddaway holding the positions of Account Manager and Terminal Manager. Ken's most recent position was that of Terminal Manager for USF Reddaway where his team won top honors in 2003 as Terminal of the Year for achieving sales and operational goals. Ken's responsibilities included budget forecasting, sales management and operations and productivity improvement.
Kasia Banasiak has spent the past three years in the small parcel package delivery industry with UPS. Ms. Banasiak has worked in the industrial engineering department. Her responsibilities included operational planning, asset management, facility planning, long range planning, efficiency enhancement projects, cost modeling and process modeling.
